A party of 36 Breathe Easy Sefton North members and friends enjoyed a day out in Llandudno on Wednesday.
The coach travel was part funded by a £200 donation from the Asda Foundation Green Token scheme, which was held earlier this year in their Southport store - a big 'Thank You' to Asda for their continued support for our group.
The British Lung Foundation inform us that 1 in 5 people in the UK suffer from some form of lung disease, and that belonging to a group like Breathe Easy gives people a greater sense of well-being, through education and support.
Breathe Easy Sefton North meet on the first Wednesday of every month at the Dove centre, Duke St, Formby from 1-3pm. We have a speaker at every meeting plus refreshments and chat. People with lung disease plus carers/partners are always welcome.
Just come along or contact Simon 07552 182032 for further information.
