I'm looking for someone around 18-25 to work with a small construction company as required, sometimes it will be full weeks and other times just a few days a week, you must be fit, capable of moving heavy materials, ok working at heights, own transport is not a major problem as I can pick up locally.

Are you still looking?? I am a bit older than what you are looking for at 31 but have experience of laboring for a roofer and a carpet fitter so am used to carrying carpets/slates and tidying up at sites.
