The moving circles means that the video is trying to load. If these continue it means there has been some disturbance to the connection. What Browser are you using? Edge and Explorer are not as good as Chrome - you could download chrome from the search bar - type in Google Chrome. Though you are able to post on the internet on this site. Have you tried switching off, waiting ten seconds, then switching on again. Is the problem with just one video? Change over to another to see if the video is at fault - if not that - try resetting the router. If not that - have you got Flash Player installed? You may need to update that. Type in Flash Player in search bar and update it on the prompt.

Yes especially at the 19th . , like yesterday .
