What's happening - have we been hacked?

I've just noticed that all the threads with a dark envelope next to them display only an error notice. All very odd.

There were big problems a few weeks back but I thought these had all been resolved?

It is a web application firewall that has not been properly configured. Nothing to worry about, whoever set it up ignored the fact that special characters like the exclamation mark etc. get put into the URL of the thread. It only effects threads with those characters in the title. More than likely a very easy fix, unless it has been configured this way in a half arsed attempt of fixing another problem with the site.
