    Does anyone have any interesting family, correspondence or relic photographs/ family stories about WW2, please? Needed for a project, every bit will help - thank you.

    my dad was stationed in middle east campaign .my sister has the photos of dads experiences there in many albums.many of buckshee wheelers cycling club that started many cycling aces here in post war uk.also an album of tutankhmun tomb the then curator showed many squaddies round when it was closed off due to the war regime.would have to ask her permission though for release.

    Thank you for that - if it is possible to download a couple of photos it would be good and perhaps a brief story if you have any. Wasn't the Eurovision rubbish last night?

    will have a word with siss about pics.and yes as a big eurovis fan ,it had to be the worst one ever even down to the stage set.

    Make sure it is one of the older TV sets that gets donated - the magnets inside them are very useful, I can make all sorts of gadgets out of those. apart from that you are barking up the wrong tree - or just barking...! You still did not answer my question about the size of the TV set you have - is it really one of those wall wide ones?
