When it comes to speed limits, an increasing number of people just do as they please. Treating limits as if they were optional/observed only by 'fools'.......Imo, it's time some form of tech was introduced. To automatically limit vehicle speeds to legal limits, if only for the safety of other road-users.

Complete idiots. Lucky they didn't kill someone driving like that. All drivers under 25 should have to have telematic boxes fitted to their car by law. It would also train them to drive at the speed limit for when they were over this age.
