Tom Daley and his husband are expecting a baby
Now the world really has gone mad. How can 2 men be expecting a baby.
British Olympic diver Tom Daley has announced he is expecting a baby with his husband, US film director Dustin Lance Black.
They both shared the news on their social media accounts.
The couple got married in a service at Bovey Castle Hotel on Dartmoor, Devon, in May last year.
A spokesman for the couple told the Press Association: "Tom and Dustin are thrilled to share that they are expecting their first child in 2018."
The couple posted a photograph of themselves holding up a baby scan picture on Instagram and Twitter, with the caption "Happy Valentines Day!".
They have not revealed any more details about the pregnancy.
Daley, 23, revealed he had a boyfriend in a YouTube video in 2013, and the pair announced their engagement two years later.

'How can 2 men be expecting a baby?' - your words - quite easily really. I'm expecting the bus to arrive at 1p.m. - doesn't mean I built it.

If two males in a relationship - (it has to be males because the answer is available for two women) arrange for a surrogate mother to bear them a child - how does the employment legislation affect them? Which one would be allowed maternity leave and which one would be allowed paternity leave?

Yes, I agree - it is totally wrong that a child should be treated as a commodity. A child born to a couple, man and woman, generally is born to extend and provide an heir to the family. The child is born out of love between that man and woman alone, is wanted, and made to feel wanted.
If either the man or woman had strayed and had a child by another partner the child may still be wanted - but that child does not receive the same protection, it does not grow up in the same close family relationship.
An adult who is completely self assured, and has a well balanced understanding of life - is one who has themselves received a strong balanced life in growing up from a supportive family with both motherly attention and paternal association. Without this, the child will subconsciously seek to find that balance. Since the child may be lacking in relationship issues, the outcome may have dire consequences.

Go on, I dare you to spout that to any single parent who has lost their other half through tragic circumstances - what a load of trollocks!

At least you gave yourself the right username.
If you really don’t understand how they could use either one’s sperm to fertilise an egg without having sex with a woman then you need to educate yourself a bit more. Just because you are gay doesn’t take away the desire to become a parent. Why should they be denied the opportunity to have a child of their own to love (at least one of them is the parent)?
You are obsessed with the lives of gay people - get your own life, then you won’t feel the need to criticise how others live theirs. If it causes you or others no harm then why are you so bothered?
