Easier if you have them saved on the same device,
Click "manage attachments"
Click "choose file"
Select photo (there are size restrictions)
Click "upload"
Click "close window"
Submit post

I did what you said but couldn't send the attachment to Qlocal.

Which "submit post" are you clicking on? Once you've downloaded the photo and closed the window, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the "submit" under your photo.
Just be yourself, no one else is better qualified!!
