    Savita's Law.

Good Luck Ireland in your campaign to name the new Pro Choice Law after the tragic death of Savita Hallapanavar 6 years ago.

But you can't blame Theresa May for not commenting. Perhaps she doesn’t agree with the result but we have a coalition government with the anti-abortion, anti-gay marriage DUP. Mrs May must not make any decision without DUP approval. In order to remain in power she must make sure she does not upset the DUP - that is far more important than women’s right to choose.

    Jemimah,

    you obviously missed this....

Mrs May tweeted on Sunday: "The Irish Referendum yesterday was an impressive show of democracy which delivered a clear and unambiguous result. I congratulate the Irish people on their decision and all of #Together4Yes on their successful campaign." - PM @theresa_may #repealedthe8th"

Orwell said "If there is hope, it lies in the proles." Whilst champagne socialists see diversity idealised at university, the common folk experience it first hand in their neighbour hoods.

There have been few more odious sights than that of thousands of young people in Dublin overjoyed that they can now murder millions of babies in the coming years.

Oh gosh! I'm glad someone's reading our PMs tweets! So as she is so impressed with democracy in action I am sure she is making time in her busy work schedule for a free vote on decriminalising abortion in Northern Ireland. If you happen to see her tweeting the date be sure to let us know please S x.

What is more odious is the attitude of the narrow minded minority. Who would deny pregnant ladies the right to terminate their pregnancy if the condition of the unborn child or a serious risk to the the health of the expectant mother dictated it.
Just be yourself, no one else is better qualified!!

Most abortions are simply because the child is inconvenient. Very few are for medical reasons. Even where "medical reasons" are stated it can be for something as minor as a hare lip (easily fixed by a straightforward operation).

There's nothing progressive about slaughtering children. We've been so "progressive" in the UK that we've already killed over 8 million defenceless babies. It is so sad that Ireland now begins to catch up to our culture of death.

It is a devolved issue in Northern Ireland. The PM can't schedule a vote on this.

The Government's own statistics show that Category E abortions (those where the child has congenital defects of any kind) amount to only 2% of the abortions carried out.

98% of aborted babies are perfectly healthy.

Most abortions are carried out under Category C which has nothing to do with the health or viability of the baby. It is the category where women can claim "stress" or "depression" may ensue if they were to carry to term. This nebulous category is what has produced abortion on demand. It is a corruption of the original intent of the law.

Much less than 1% of abortions.

There are many instances where raped women have chosen to carry the child to term and then either successfully brought him or her up themselves or given the child for adoption. Killing a child does not undo rape; it gives the death penalty to the most innocent party.
