How many of us consider fellow posters our friends ?

I'll start the debate, although I have met only a few posters and found them to be nice people I consider all posters friends of mine regardless of our different points of view and disagreements on the forum .
What your throw on this ?

I wouldn't consider anyone a friend who I hadn't met and spent time with. I try to be friendly to everyone but being friendly and being friends are different.

That really is a difficult question to answer.
I meet loads of posters at work who sheepishly approach me and say "are you whippy?". Of course I say yes.
But I wouldn't say they were my buddies,,,,,just chat folk,and I enjoy seeing them over and over again.

Some posters are friends I know them personally and keep in touch off the Forum.

Most I posters I would consider acquaintances.
We exchange news banter and pleasantries.
If the Forum ceased the acquaintances would too.
I shall not dwell on that sad thought.

I treat all comers with open friendship,and let their own behaviour decide the fate of its union.trust and deep friendship that's a diserning and time eventful matter.some you win and some you lose ,but you have to be open in the first place to find out.been s..t on by the most elusive,and absolutely astounded by the most unsuspected!you cant be happy unless you've cried!

5 have sadly passed away. R.I.P

But I can HONESTLY SAY all I have met have been great people and feel some sort of friendship with them all.

But over the time there have been about 5 posters for what ever reason have been nasty, never met them face to face. In fact they may be the same person.

If you are reading this post may be you will trigger my mind to who you are.

It's been my pleasure and privilege to meet great people who are posters . One of the nicest guys was Stupot . A terrific man , shame he no longer is allowed to post .
