The council have possibly got some plans in mind for when the club folds,as in some block of flats,or a small housing estate to be built on the land.The way the team are playing,only time will tell,but if CC stays,and the club is relegated this season,then the clock will start ticking.

Sorry to burst your bubble, jonnybgood, but Haig Avenue/Merseyrail Community Stadium has had a restrictive covenant placed on it since the ground was built.

The covenant states it will always be used for sporting activities....in this case, football.
