Having watched my Mum going through the menopause I would say it would be far more useful to install shooting ranges and let the ladies shoot the s**t out of pictures of things that annoy them. Like their husbands

Punchbags would also be beneficial. And possibly less lethal.
I'm only happy when it rains....

One wonders just how females have managed to survive all these years without any additional attention or facilities. Are Police women more susceptible to such conditions?

Here we go with another one of the three recurring themes: misogynist, gay-bashing or the 'Labour party is full of terrorists'. Predictable, but it keeps the tiny minds occupied.

One police force, I believe it is Nottinghamshire, suggested rooms are set aside for women going though the menopause. The media has decided to name these 'crying rooms', mainly the usual pea-brained Mail, Metro or Telegraph.

Given that female officers in their 50s will suffer some symptoms of menopause, it seems perfectly reasonable to offer a space where they can take 10 minutes to recover from those symptoms. In my experience, none of those symptoms usually involve crying. Hot flushes, sure. Short temper, definitely. Better that than having perfectly good officers leave the force, although I doubt they do. Droves of women of a certain age don't just leave their jobs for a hot flush or two. I'm sure that most women simply take a few minutes in a break room or loo until their faces return from puce to normal.

It is a natural process of ageing, you know, like men of a certain age not being as virile as they once were. Or going bald. Or being unable to go an hour without uttering the words 'political correctness gone mad'.

But let's not let a prime opportunity for misogyny to go without comment.

OK! Suits me. You are a bit bored with simple arguments. So how much reliability to you put on quantum physics as opposed to classical physics. Do you agree with the Black Hole theory, or do you believe that there is far too much importance given to quantum physics and as such, acts to retard pure experimental physics? Do you agree with the popular notion that Quantum physics needs to be completely restructured in order to supply the answers that it has not yielded?

I have a particular fascination with quantum entanglement, if you must know.

Certainly beats reading yet another thread of yours or the other troll either women-bashing or gay bashing.

Unless you are completely retarded, or live under a rock, you would be aware of the symptoms of menopause. You'd also figure the whole 'crying room' nonsense is a sack of crap. Women in other professions do not need such, although I suppose if you are some scrote being arrested by such a woman, you might hope she'd had a moment to gather herself beforehand.

Jolly good! so do you believe that the theory of the Big Bang can be explained under the theory of strings? On the other hand, women are not the sweet gentle creatures many consider them to be - they are pretty strong and whether they are pregnant, having periods or going through a menopause - most just get on with it - as they have since Eve. Modern day obsession is "Ask and you will be given"
So how much do you know about Stephen Hawkins theory of Black Holes? Are you a supporter?

I have NEVER bashed either a woman or a homosexual so you have me at a disadvantage. You have though offered your opinion which you are like me and everyone else entitled to. So you and VB123 and others want to watch you don't fall off your high horses the NHS is in deep enough sh*t without you lot turning up at A&E.
