Judging by your post have you been in Peaky Blinders all day or were you in the Bold or the Hesketh?

It won't be as much 'al-fresco' in the middle of winter!
Good luck to the proprietors!

I live locally. I think the bar is great. They have a good range of real ales and is very relaxed. I noticed the Bold now has a better choice of beer. I suppose competition is a good thing!

If the bar is any good and people continue to go there, then there must be a need for it. If it is busy simply because it is novel and nothing more - it will not last. Com se com sa!

Thank you for that, couldn't think for the life of me how to spell that at the time - anyhow, you understood what I meant.

My mate told me to watch peaky blinders and I thought oh yea maybe I will one day, there was even something on here about them filming on Formby beach and the cemetery in Southport ... and then one day before last Christmas I downloaded it from BBC iplayer and from the start of season 1 episode 1 to the end of season 4 episode 6 I was glued to the telly night and day some days watching 4 or five episodes a day or night and the people I told about it were calling me and saying wow its hard to not watch the next episode as they had just watched the first 3 back to back
The story, the actors the history, the locations the soundtracks and everything to do with it is blinding from the first moment of the first episode to the end of the last.
I lost 24 hours in total watching this and I don't want them back as this is the best thing I have ever seen the BBC make.
You can find all the episodes of each season on iplayer or Netflix but be sure to watch them in order.
Go on watch the first fifteen mins of episode 1 season 1 and see if you can stop watching it, I couldn't.
