Night Nanny
Hi, everybody, I will be starting night school next week. The problem is I have a 2-year-old and I can't leave her alone unsupervised. I thought a lot about it and I am thinking of hiring either a night nanny or getting a child monitoring system. Since my mom will be moving with us for a while it would be fine. Both options seem equally advantageous and I can't seem to choose between them. If anybody could help me out here, it would be great.

Going to night-school is less important that the safety of your 2 Year old. You say your mother will be coming to stay with you shortly, wait until then. Have you got a partner, who could help, or a neighbour?
I forfeited a lot when my children were small, my mother was brilliant, but, they were initially my responsibility.
PS are you in the UK as I followed the link "night - nanny" which is based in the USA & Canada
It has been said that when helping people change their behaviour – “the spirit in which help is offered” is the most important aspect, more than the degree of skills and knowledge of the helper!
