I want to complain to the council. On the phone I was told to e-mail my complaint. There are 10 pages with at least 5 department on each and they don't cover what I want to complain about.
Where do I go???????

Select "make a corporate complaint" from the right hand side.
There's a list of a lot of departments to choose from but certainly not 10 pages worth.

You might try complaining to your MP and your local councillors, probably have more success on that route.

The One Stop Shop in the Cambridge Arcade might be a good place to start and speak to someone face to face.

100% Don’t waste you time, the Council doesn’t care. they investigate
the complaint themselves most probably wont admit fault, and at the end of it they will make your life hell!!!! but good luck

Get on the blower! Southport council is 01704 533133! Make your complaint and repeat regularly - as necessary!

Oh, yes! But they always state that so that they can justify having a web site! But what if you do not have a computer?? Ignore it - just phone them!
