Until now.
Orwell said "If there is hope, it lies in the proles." Whilst champagne socialists see diversity idealised at university, the common folk experience it first hand in their neighbour hoods.

The text part of the video is correct and was given to me by a paramedic on a first aid course, as for the difference between 112/999 I'm not so sure.
We had this discussion and found this link pretty much debunking the information in the video there is no difference between 999 or 112, the conclusion of our discussion was to dial which ever you remember to do in an emergency situation.

Yep! Absolutely no difference at all - you will still have to join a queue for your call to be answered.

Are they the same but when your call is queued does it retain its position or get bumped by a subsequent call arriving ?

Ha!Ha! No-one has come on the line and said " You are number .......in the queue, your call will be answered by the next available agent" so perhaps all the calls go to the same place.
