These yellow bins are right next to a bust stop,and the pavements around them are ALWAYS covered with ice,and would probably never get used on the pavements in case a passenger getting on,or off the bus slipped on the pavement,and then sue the council for neglect.Hence me using it,otherwise it would never get used.

The grit in these yellow bins must only be used on the roads and pavements - it is not for use on
private property such as driveways.
Just who will do a chemical analysis on it to prove that it is not the householders own? Anyway, the chemical compound in those yellow bins will more than likely differ from the original grit because males use the bins to **** in.
