Grey bin overflowing with dog poop bags

I was walking my dog past that new nursing home under construction on the corner of Oxford Road and Westbourne Road in Birkdale. I noticed that there is a grey council wheelie bin on the pavement directly outside it on the pavement. There are a number of dog poop bags placed on top of the lid and upon opening the lid, I noticed that it is full to the top of dog poop bags and lots of flies its disgusting!! It needs emptying.

All cafes and pubs are proud to be dog friendly this has increased dog poo problems everywhere.We don't all find poo machines cute.

Agreed. Should be banned in urban areas. Don't know how "animal lovers" can think it kind to imprison pack animals in solitary confinement with added human pestering. The definition of cruelty.

I am a dog lover,have a big boxer cross something from a rescue centre.He is about 3yrs old.
Always pick his poo up.
What annoys me is folk who pick the poo up bag it and then toss it in a tree or just leave it on the pavement.
