Metal , up & over Coastal . And no the Frame hasn't moved . To be honest I don't think it was fitted very well . When it's shut it doesn't have plumb .

No, I have fixed a few up & over doors myself.

It's usually one or more of: rusty / snapped cables, worn rollers, spring adjustment, worn grub screws etc, those are the usual suspects if the frame isn't rotten

I just recall seeing that firm around plus I know they sell spares online & on ebay

There are no cable on mind just flat bars that pivet , when it was fitted before I bought the property it looks as thought it's snot square . I'm going to contact the people you mention thanks again and I'll let you know how I go on .
