Fuming with 3 mobile.
My 24 month mobile phone Contract ending,and am due for an upgrade,but I only wanted a Sim Only contract,so during the Black Friday sales I ordered a 12 Month Contract sim online,with 100 GB data,unlimited calls and texts,and all that for just £20 a month,could'nt refuse the offer,the sim arrived,phoned 3 on 28th Nov to have my Old number transferred to the new sim,could not do this until 4th Dec,the date I could transfer my old number to the temporary sim number,the operator I was talking to,who is in Mumbi India,told me that they could'nt just transfer my old number to the new sim,and they (3)would have to send out another new sim,with my original old number on it,which would take 1-3 working days to arrive,still NOT received the sim,and the NEW temporary Sim was also switched OFF,just to make matters worse,a.So all this week I have had NO mobile number for anyone to contact me,so today I went onto 3's online web chat to ask where the sim was ? And after a long chat,was told to go into a local 3 Store,where they could do it there instead,went to the 3 store in Marble Place,the manager phoned the customer helpline to confirm all my details,but the manager CANNOT do anything to switch my sim back on,and have to wait now until Monday,if no sim has arrived,and would then have to go back to the store to get the matter sorted out.

You need your phone for safety in your job particularly at this time of year.
