Far from a “classic” and certainly rode our luck at times, still a point against last years champions is an ok result all things considered this season and probably suits our red neighbours as well .

Hope Gana’s injury isn’t too serious, but good to have Bolasie back even though he didn’t get a run out today.

Still unbeaten under Big Sam, 5 clean sheets in the last 7 games, onwards and upwards.

Solid performance by Pickford, he made 3 or 4 excellent saves, (what a difference a keeper can make) Sams got them defending as a team, not pretty at the moment but he’s making them hard to beat.
Just need someone to score a few at the other end, sadly didn’t create much today
