I dont know why I read it? According to the UK Daily Express sports pages in recent weeks, by the time the transfer window closes Liverpool will have signed, 2 more midfielders, at least 3 goalkeepers a couple of defenders, another winger and maybe a new manager. On top of which Mo Salah, Mane and Firmino will have joined some Spanish club, or other. Not to mention the fact that numerous other reports suggest that many top Premiership clubs playing staff will be unrecognisable compared with last season. On top of which, some of the other news outlets contradict most of the above and have their own far fetched ideas.

Mind you, Aussie newspapers are no better. Australia has a big chance in the World Cup, didn't you know??

In consideration of the massive corruption case of FIFA in 2015 and the fact that the Super Eagles team was not coherent. We know that a German coach, Gerrot Rolr, took over two years ago to coach the team, that is comprised of a number of talented Nigerian footballers from teams across the World - but how did those footballers manage to become chosen by top teams if they had never received any professional training before?
