Yes daytime would have been better for me too with having two little guys to settle down to sleep and get a babysitter.

Hello Jet no it hasn't happened , actually I was going to post this w/e , I'm thinking the Havin Turkish restraurant in Coronation walk. I have spoken to the propiator Made provisional arrangements for Friday Evening the 22 Dec at 7pm .
Individuals will place their own orders and will settle their own bill .
I have eaten at the Havin and always found it good .
So if those attending please state on the forum by name .on Thurs 21 st I will confirm numbers with the Havin .
Apologies for not notifying member sooner but I have had other things to attend to .
Last year we had a nice evening chatting over a drink and it was suggested that this year we have a meal .
I hope this is convenient to the majority who wish to attend and have an enjoyable evening chatting with friends.

Do you have a sample menu?

I have never eaten in a Turkish restaurant before and need to know what is on offer!

As I explained previously I can't make it anyway as I have young disabled children and can't get sitters at that time in the evening.
I just wondered if it had happened as I was looking forward to seeing the photos for those that could go.

Sorry I cannot make it gr I am sure you will have a great time.

Next year perhaps it could be an afternoon meet without the meal.

There seem to be quite a few in favour and it would suit me better
living so far away with work next day(having took day out to visit Southport.)as I could visit mother in her nursing home.
