No cycling
I personally think the no cycling signs should have been incorporated into the bit with no vehicles and also, deliveries are allowed between 8am and 10am as illustrated in the sign.
It therefore puzzles me sometimes to see lorries and vans on Chapel St after 10am, are they blind, dyslexic or just plain stupid??
No means NO in anyone's book.

They can read they just know there's little chance of being published just like the drivers who drive down the London St bus lane.

When the market stalls are being set up or taken down - there are many motor vehicles driving along Chapel Street.
