Reported to have been a Hit and run involving a cowardly, criminal white van driver! Motor cyclist cannot be moved, he is in a very bad way!

Just heard he wasn't hit by a van, there was a van blocking the road so no one ran over him, he hit the speed restriction kerb. Hope he recovers.
