Hi, Was wondering if anyone knows when the tea rooms/cafe opposite Dobbies will be open again. Last time I was in there before Christmas, I thought they said they would be open today (Thursday). Are they shut until January any ideas folk

Not been there for ages - is there no farm shop now? I used to get all my eggs, fruit and veg there then Arriva ruined it with only one bus an hour into town. Too long to wait at an unprotected bus stop in the winter.

There are 2 bus services the 44,and the 300,both using Benthams Way ? So you should not have to wait an hour between buses to get to town,according to the Arriva website.

The 300 bus turns off at the roundabout before Dobbie's and is too far away for my ancient legs to manage.
I sometimes used to walk up to get the 43 or 46 but they changed that route so that I would have to change buses in town now - all adding to the journey time. It simply isn't worth it I'm afraid.
