There is no such thing as the "perfect driver" Every one of us does something behind the wheel that we shouldn't, on a regular basis. Car cameras are a good idea for proving "fault" in an incident/accident. Other than that "people in glasshouses shouldn't throw stones"

I wonder if the driver was frustrated by being behind the sort of busybody who drives unnecessarily slowly and publishes footage on youtube.

Incidentally, there is a world of difference between a BMW driver in a 14 year old 3 series that you could pick up for a couple of grand and somebody in a new 5 series that costs £40k. Would seem unlikely to be comparable demographics.

Completely agree. There wasn't anything particularly dangerous about it either.
