Agree I think Everton will struggle to have any in the squad. Just hope LaLLana is fit enough , we don't want any risks for the start of next season .

Not really into England and who might play, but I do hope TAA gets a chance to shine for us.
As to the hooligans, I fear the Russian ones will bait everyone and I see big problems there.

A rubbish goalie who initially went down with Sunderland, Everton took pity on him I think. For the amount of goals he's let in at Everton, I for one wouldn't take him. I think Southgate has the same idea, heard something yesterday that he's not in the running.
