    2017 General Election Results....

Too early to be sure of anything at this stage, but first returns are indicating no overall majority for the Conservatives....Could we be looking at 5 highly entertaining years ahead, as May struggles for support from minority parties to get her agenda through?

So with 10 times the amount of money pumped into the Tory campaign than any other party, and with all the BBC and press propaganda, we have a hung parliament.

If she goes now or in a few months she is toast.

    Resign means resign!

    Miliband 2015 30%
    Brown 2010 29%

"We MUST remain in the EU"

"We will NOT have a general election"

    "There will be NO cap"

    "NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!"

Senior cabinet source, she will stay and 'she won't change her mind'

You might not like Corbyn's views, but at least you know what they are and he is honest about where he stands.

Said last week that it didn't look good for the Conservatives and was proved right , Theresa May is now in a very difficult position as PM , and my view is she has to go . She went to the country to get better support for the Brexit negotiations and failed .
I've no time for Corbyn but , he fought a great campaign and I congratulate him in doing that . He spoke about the bread and butter things , things that effect people's daily lives, he was responsive.
I'm afraid the PM didn't match him in that respect .

Theresa May's big mistake was that she ran the campaign as if it was a presidential election, with typical Tory arrogance.

As a pro-european, I'm relieved that her 'hard brexit' looks way less likely now.....On other hand, they may decide to hold another gen election inside a year, to settle things one way or the other.

As a pro-european and a U.K. citizen I fear the future for our nation. As now we are leaving the E.U. We needed a strong leader, Something we don't have. I can't see how any side can see this as a good result for the country TBH.

Yes agree , I think she will stand down eventually , think she has to as there is now even more uncertainty in the country which is not good .

"The biggest losers today are the billionaires who own the Mail, Sun, Times and Telegraph. And they thought they owned the nation."

"for the Tories to end an election campaign which they spent attacking Corbyn for his alleged links to former Northern Irish terrorists by going into coalition with a party founded by former Northern Irish terrorists would be a deep irony.

Yes. But I doubt if that will receive any attention at all from the press and media."
