    Living Well Centre would like to thank all unpaid carers by inviting you to "My Time for Me Time" Monday 8th June. The day begins with a coffee morning at 10am followed by a light-hearted quiz at 12 noon and then an afternoon of short fun 'taster' activities including various crafts, cake decorating, hand massages, knitting and crochet, floral decorations, creative art, reflexology, photographic displays etc. plus our famous tombola where everyone's a winner....... nearly!
    This is a day to discover new talents, new interests and make new friends. A day when it really is all about you!
    Drop in for a few minutes or stay all day - everyone will be made very welcome.
