Recently had to deal with such neighbours. Threatening behaviour, abuse, loud music, obscene language, huge amount of rotting rubbish!

First requested politely for them to calm it down. Repeated this about three times. During which time discovered that we were not the only ones targeted. Neighbours were abused, property damaged, evidence of drug dealing. Police called on several occasions. Council ASBO team contacted several times. Diary kept.

Result - The continued police presence, and the pressure/warnings given them by the police/council team etc and due to the fact that we took regular photographs of all the callers to their property and reported every event - the perpetrators became trapped within the property they rented. Denied the freedom that they wanted - they vacated the property!

There are many people having to deal with a similar situation - you have a right to live in your home in peace. Apply for the help you need from the Council and the Police and fight against anyone denying your right, legally and politely.

WELL DONE.. these people are scum who care nothing for where they live or those around them.. Hope they dont end up near me.. Merry quiet xmas
