Hi,
as you have said it is a skeleton clock

and T & J Ollivant, is very well known firm in the Manchester area of Lancashire and Chershire.

Clockmakers were working out of 2 Exchange St. Manchester From about 1828-51.

Worth is a funny thing when we talk about about a mechanical ,

It depends on many factors. including original dome and base.

a photograph can not tell me any thing about its working.
