we have been given this fireside companion set and cannot find any information on this design. Can you help. Its cast iron and similar to the bilston knights and other designs of the time

First view. It looks like a made up piece, Arts and Craft

Hard to tell from Photograph but looks like a Doulton Barrel drilled and a pole put trough it with tankards placed on it.

May be better to bring the item in to the shop or take a number of photographs including the underneath

will try and pop in. its definitely not a made up piece and is cast iron same as the dutch boy and bilston knights companion sets. there is a reg number inside the barrel and each piece tongs, brush, poker and shovel is also got individual reg numbers on

You did not tell me this on the first post.

I thought the Cast iron items was the tankards. not realising they are the handles.
I also thought the barrel was of a Ceramic make up.

Yes unusual a few have sold in auction over the years.
